Rezone 1-3 Brickport Road & 125 Bass Highway, Cooee from Commercial to Low Density Residential and insert S1 Brickport Road Specific Area Plan.

The permit provides for a 17 lot residential subdivision at 123 Bass Highway, Cooee (CT 165246/2) and 127-133 Bass Highway, Cooee (CT 165246/1), a new road lot connecting to Brickport Road and boundary adjustment of balance of the site.

Current Status

On  9 April 2019, the delegates requested further information from the Applicant by Tuesday, 16 April 2019 and Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd to provide a response submission by Tuesday, 11 June 2019.
