Detailed description
Rezone 1-3 Brickport Road & 125 Bass Highway, Cooee from Commercial to Low Density Residential and insert S1 Brickport Road Specific Area Plan.

The permit provides for a 17 lot residential subdivision at 123 Bass Highway, Cooee (CT 165246/2) and 127-133 Bass Highway, Cooee (CT 165246/1), a new road lot connecting to Brickport Road and boundary adjustment of balance of the site.

Current Status
On 21 June 2019, the delegates issued a directions letter requesting further information from the applicant by 28 June 2019 and Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd by 30 August 2019.

On 20 June 2019 the Delegates granted an extension for the Mondelez to provide a response submission by 29 July 2019.
