Rezone 1-3 Brickport Road & 125 Bass Highway, Cooee from Commercial to Low Density Residential and insert S1 Brickport Road Specific Area Plan.

The permit provides for a 17 lot residential subdivision at 123 Bass Highway, Cooee (CT 165246/2) and 127-133 Bass Highway, Cooee (CT 165246/1), a new road lot connecting to Brickport Road and boundary adjustment of balance of the site.

Current Status
On 26 February 2019, the delegates approved an extension of time for the applicant to provide geotechnical and acoustic advice by 15 March 2019. Response submissions have been requested by 29 March 2019.
