Detailed Description
The draft amendment proposes to:

  • rezone part of 22 Atkins Street, Rokeby from Environmental Living to General Residential;
  • modify the F14.0 Oceana Drive Residential and Bushland Specific Area Plan; and
  • expand the Oceana Drive Residential and Bushland Specific Area Plan to include part of 22 Atkins Street, Rokeby.

The permit provides for a 30 lot subdivision.
